• 2600-3008 Mold Release Aerosol

Mold Release Aerosol is a PAINTABLE mold release agent used over patterns before making molds with our Mold-It rubber, or inside Mold-It permanent molds before pouring new parts with our Cast-A-Part Resin. Mold Release allows molds and parts to be cleanly and completely removed without tearing or otherwise damaging parts or molds.

Mold Release Aerosol is completely silicone free and non greasy. It is one of the only PAINTABLE mold releases available, meaning you can successfully stain, lacquer or otherwise finish Cast-A-Part Resin parts.

New Quick Catalyst is the setting agent for our Mold-It moldmaking rubber. Requires just 5 drops per liquid ounce to set the Mold-It in about 6 minutes. Use more to set faster, less to set slower. Keep refrigerated when not in use. Must be ordered separately, not included with Mold-It rubber.

Mold-It Rubber is an RTV moldmaking rubber compound used to make permanent molds of carvings, sculptings, and cast picture frame ornamentation. Requires the addition of New Quick Catalyst (ordered separately) to cure and set.

Cast-N-Mold is a parts duplication/restoration kit which lets you make molds from existing parts or models you sculpt or carve, then recast replacement elements from the molds. The molds are reuseable for making hundreds of parts given minimal care. The new parts are cast using Historic Interiors, Inc.'s Cast-A-Part resins. Cast-A-Part sets in 6 minutes or less, and can be sanded, drilled or glued to mount in place. Mold-It moldmaking rubber sets in 5 to 10 minutes, and pulls incredible detail from the original patterns.

Use the Cast-N-Mold system to make new wooden or metal looking parts for furniture. Makes authentic looking 'compo' parts for repairing/restoring or making new picutre frames. Instructional DVD included.

This is the complete starter outfit you need to set up your shop for resilvering mirrors. Make old mirrors new again with a pure silver plating. Make new glass into mirrors. Kit includes cleaning materials, polishing rouge and applicator, 4 1-oz units of ABC-X Silver Concentrate (each complete unit silvers about 10 square feet of glass) and Flux solution, backing paints, silver stripper concentrate, silvering applicator, instruction DVD, printed manual, CD manual, gloves, apron and other assorted small supplies.
